The shops have their party windows in place, our calendar's are filling up with festive gatherings and the streets are glittering with fairy lights. Christmas is well and truly on the approach and I am so excited!
This December for me, is not just festivities however; it marks the beginning my marathon training programme for the big day next year. As Christmas is the time for giving, it's also the perfect opportunity to begin fundraising for my worthy charity CRY that I will run for on the 23rd of April next year.

Cardiac Risk in the Young is a brilliant charity that is working towards reducing the shocking 12 deaths a week in young people in the UK from a sudden cardiac arrest. It is such a worthy cause and I cannot wait to raise as much money as possible for this wonderful charity.
